- We visit every client at least once a year to make sure that they are comfortable with the procedures and equipment in place.

All Customers
- Get a call every year to arrange a maintenance call when it suits you
- Test and replace the products as needs be making sure that fire safety regulations are met
- Make sure that you are meeting any requirements that your local fire officer or insurance company may have outlined for you
Medium Customers
- Get a call every year to arrange a maintenance visit when it suits you
- Arrange for training to make sure that staff are comfortable with the procedures and equipment in place.
- Issue any recommendations necessary to allow for change of use or increased risk on your premises.
Large Customers
- Get a service level agreement covering maintenance on a basis that suits your needs be it monthly, quarterly or annually.
- Assistance with documenting and accreditation for fire safety procedures required.
- Training requirements for all staff responsible
- Maintenance contracts meeting all of the requirements for the business based on fixed price contracts
- Training programmes agreed for all staff with specific fire safety responsibilities.
